Finally, the plug-in hybrid Lexus RX 450h+ comes with a 2.5L I-4 engine paired with an 18.1 kWh battery. Unlike the two hybrid options, drivers can charge the battery by simply plugging it into an outlet or charging station. This powertrain produces 304 hp and gets a staggering 83 MPGe. Drivers can also travel an estimated 35 miles on electricity alone before the engine reverts to gasoline.
